2) When it is alarmed

(1) HEATER BREAK ALARM
It is alarmed when No heater signal more than 1 min.
No Heater signal =Input Voltage : More than 10% or Range and Input Current : Les than 3% of rated input

(2)HIGH REMIT(HAL) &HIGH HIGH LIMIT ALARM(HHA)
It is alarmed when resistance value is over than setting Value .
ZE7201 will be only alarmed when heater’s temperature is in temperature range which is set,

(3) RAPID CHANGING RESISTANCE VALUE LIMIT ALARM(CRH)
It is alarmed when resistance increasing rate is over than setting value.

(4) HIGH TEMPERATURE LEVEL ALARM(TEP)
It is alarmed when heater’s resistance is 5% over than setting value (Heater’s resistance value) when heater’s temperature is in specified value (Heater’s maximum temperature)
